200+MPH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The WILD EVO finally breaks the 200MPH barrier! What a season it has been. The car has fought us a lot, there has been so much work put into this, in order to accomplish this amazing goal. 

We went to LVD 10/4 for the 13203 Rental. We had one goal, put all the great short track data into play and bring our back half together. 1st pass off the trailer we shattered a rear diff. LOL! So the crew and I worked on swapping that over, next pass - amazing short track and really great 330.. unfortunately somehow we lose a carter pin on the shift linkage on the trans and it wouldn't click into 4th. 

3rd pass, we finally had a full pass, short track was decent, and back half was ok. We had the car turned down severely in 3/4 because we wanted to make sure fueling was on point as we just switched to the Apex 8688 (bigger Turbo) - resulted in a 7.800 at 196 PMH

The 4th Pass - The track started to get a little rough after a few oil downs, and track temp etc. So we cut a 1.34 60, and managed a 7.675 at 202.68 MPH. After reviewing the Video footage, I had thoughts that I may have lifted before the 1/4 and Raif confirmed, I let of throttle at 7.50 seconds in the pass LOL FU*K! 

Regardless, when my crew came to the shutdown, and handed me that slip - the excitement, but more so relief was amazing. Finally got that 200MPH monkey off my back. 

The rental was near end, however the track was amazing and told us to hurry up, get the cars ready so we could make one more final pass. The crew got the car ready. We went for our 5th and final pass of the night. The car was vicious, all over the track - clicked off 7.8 at 198.xx - needless to say, we are ready to see what we can do at WCF! See y'all there!
